Play anchorage as a small map.
Go to the end of the rail road tracks by the terrorist spawn.
Lay down next to the big door and start to crawl backwards/sideways into it.
You should get stuck in it, then get up and run sideways into it.
And bam, you're in the single player map.
Any questions just ask.
